Our Commis Chefs provide service between our a la carte and buffet environments. All our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service and the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team that is responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.

What are the roles?

Our Commis Chefs provide service between our a la carte and buffet environments. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.

What do I need?

Our Commis Chefs are required to have the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, have a minimum Cert IV cookery trade qualification, and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable your work in the Airport. You must also have full Australian working rights to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification – Certificate IV in Cookery
• Previous experience in a luxury 5 star environment is desirable
• The successful applicant will need to obtain a federal police clearance in order to work in the restricted areas associated with the airport
