✨ Who is TeamKids? ✨ TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, part‑time opportunity offers hands‑on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location : Hunter Valley Grammar School is located in Ashtonfield, close to transport links. The service is a pack‑up, pack‑down set up within beautiful manicured gardens. This service is a shared space with the school ELC unit. Excellent & purpose built space with a strong team in place and great reputation.

You’ll work afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday : 2 : 30pm – 6 : 00pm for a total of 17.5 hours per week.

As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.

• Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
• Support ensuring your program complies with industry regulations.
