Finance Business Partner

About the role…

As a Finance Business Partner, you play an integral role in supporting the story behind the numbers of the Great Southern Bank group. With a key focus on Executive Division Support, this role also provides direct finance support to other divisions for expense management as required.

This role sits within the Performance and Planning team, and within the wider CFO Performance and Planning team are responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and finance business partner capabilities across the organisation.

The Performance and Planning team support the business in the preparation of consolidated performance reporting, consolidated forecasting and budgeting.

• 2+ Banking and Financial Services Experience
• Process Improvement Experience
• Knowledge of data visualisation domains (Power Bi)
• 3+ Management Reporting / Finance Partner Experience
