The Site Supervisor is responsible for the correct, timely and profitable execution of the project. It is the Site Supervisor's responsibility to coordinate labour, tools, equipment and subcontractors from the start to the end of the project. This position will have commercial responsibility for successful on-site operations, drive continuous process improvements, and hold overall responsibility for site performance and Health and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily pre-starts and weekly toolbox talks with all the crew, communicating any safety alerts and campaigns as they arise.
Oversee site-based resources including employees and subcontractors.
Establish and review project manning plans and rotation schedules to ensure employees receive adequate rest and roster periods without compromising project staffing levels.
Manage employee performance and personnel issues such as absence, appraisal, pay, etc.

Relevant Experience
Minimum 5-10 years' experience as a Site Manager or high level of industry experience in a supervisory role.
Solid knowledge and experience in working in compliance with OH&S legislation.
Extensive experience leading large projects; previous exposure to mining would be highly desirable.
Extensive experience in managing contract, safety, cost, time and quality.
