Position : Qualified Baker (2 × Full-Time Positions)
Location : Springfield, Queensland, Australia
Role Overview :
We have two full-time qualified baker positions available at our Springfield bakery. In this role, you will produce a range of freshly baked breads and pastry items to our high quality standards. You’re expected to work with a passion for baking, maintain hygiene standards and help ensure smooth operations of daily bakery production.
Key Responsibilities :
Mix, measure and bake bread and pastry goods following recipes.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Operate bakery machinery responsibly and efficiently.
Work with the team to meet production schedules.
Requirements
Formal qualification in baking.
Previous commercial baking experience is desirable.
Reliable and able to work shifts including early mornings and weekends.
A strong eye for consistency and quality.

Requirements
AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 3–5 years’ relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years’ post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation, baking processes, and quality control Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and under pressure Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
