About the role
My client experienced Human Resources professional to fill the role of Assistant Director in the People Services Section.
The EL1 HR Policy Writer will lead, guide, and manage HR policy development and advice, industrial relations and consultation, recruitment, and the implementation of workforce planning frameworks. You will provide reports and expert advice to staff, management, executive and committees.
This role has the possibly of permanency through a subsequent recruitment round.
