An exciting opportunity for a Head of Finance Operations (HFO) for Australia & New Zealand to lead financial strategy, operations, and performance in a dynamic sports retail business . This hands-on role supports business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable / receivable, treasury, payroll, credit management, and supply chain finance.
• Develop and execute a 3-year rolling strategic plan at net sales, category, and gross profit levels.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, accounts payable approvals, and treasury / tax functions.
• Support merchandise planning, wholesale sales, and e-commerce analytics.
• Report monthly financial performance to the US head office and executive leadership.
• Drive business transformation, including team restructuring and headcount planning.
• Lead financial integration for a newly acquired brand, overseeing two brands.
