We currently have an opportunity for a 2-3 year PQE Property & Construction Lawyer to work as part of a high performing team that prides itself on providing quality commercially focused legal advice. This is an exciting opportunity to work and learn directly from experienced and well regarded practitioners including a partner, special counsel and senior associates as part of our established but growing practice. We deliver on a range of matters for our government and private sector clients in the following areas including high profile and complex matters :
You will have experience advising clients on various property matters and transactions either in the ACT or NSW.
Experience advising on construction and planning law matters is welcomed but not essential.
You must be enthusiastic and willing to work on a range of matters, have a keen eye for detail, good communication and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate sound matter management.
A security clearance or willingness to obtain one is important for this role.
