Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 40 team members Driving the Ghanda values with your store team Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space Preparing and monitoring : store rosters, sales reports & store / team compliance With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously With similar experience in a retail / hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience

- 38-hour week : No fixed-rate salary! Get paid for the hours you work, no less!
Receive overtime penalties in the (incredibly unlikely) event that you work over your ordinary hours
Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager
