IT Security Architect

Our client is a mid-sized enterprise whom are looking to uplift there technology environment. They are about to commence a Security uplift program. We currently seek a Security Architect w ith strong project experience.

Responsibilities include :

• Deep understanding of Cyber Security frameworks and standards, including Essential 8, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 , ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Expertise in Enterprise Cybersecurity including operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering, and threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security architecture policies and standards.
• Experience in Information Security Manual (ISM) & Security Audits, assessments, Identify Vulnerabilities & implementing solutions.
• Provide security input into solution architecture and collaborate with technical teams.
• Provide input into tool selection and involvement in RFPs
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure), DevSecOps, and security tools .
• Develop Security Risk Management Plans (SRMPs) and System Security Plans (SSPs).
• Perform security risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Ensure compliance with ASD ISM policies and conduct security workshops.

The successful candidate will have clear experience working across an enterprise in a multi cloud environment, will have demonstrable within working in projects / programs and be able to provide input into security strategies.
