We are actively seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality and timely administrative services to the Boral Logistics Team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Wacol reporting to the Logistics Manager SEQ Tippers. This role will primarily be responsible for processing and reporting heavy vehicle contractor, vehicle and driver data. As an integral team member of the division, this role supports Boral’s regulation and compliance in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
Responsibilities
- Contractor, driver and vehicle set up and reporting
- Processing and documenting licences, insurances, contracts, induction records, etc.
- Active participation in continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Active communication with internal & external key stakeholders
- Proactively liaising with and assisting our customers with all enquiries and tasks
- Reacting to the needs of the team to ensure team KPIs are met in a timely manner
Qualifications
Strong administration experience, ideally within Supply Chain / Logistics / TransportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholdersA self-starter attitude and ability to work without direct supervision.Excellent time management and prioritisation skillsHigh level attention to detailBe open to learning and demonstrate flexibility and innovationContribute to a positive team cultureWhat’s on Offer?
