We are seeking a Director who is a hands-on strategic leader, who can foster collaborative relationships within and outside the Council and provide expert advice to the CEO and Councillors on a wide range of areas including planning and development, economic initiatives, corporate governance, community engagement, and information technology.

The ideal candidate will be a champion of continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery, possessing substantial experience in planning, development and regulatory services, corporate governance, community engagement, or economic development and tourism. Crucially, they will demonstrate strong leadership skills, financial management expertise, and the ability to effectively implement and deliver on strategic decisions.
