What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate primary care to disadvantaged and at-risk patients.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including complex medical needs and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with allied health, dental, and support staff to create holistic care plans.
  • Provide referrals and follow best-practice clinical standards.
  • Maintain accurate, professional clinical notes.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
  • Strong communication and a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Confidence working with high-needs or vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with professionalism and care.
  • Commitment to dignity, respect, and trauma-informed practice.

    • Requirements & Legal

  • All Bill Crews Foundation employees are required to have completed at least three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster doses approved by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status will be required prior to commencing employment.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. The successful candidate will also need to complete a Working With Children Check and a Police Check as part of the employment process.
  • Bill Crews Charitable Trust and the Exodus Foundation are separate but closely cooperating entities. They deliver services and programs under the Rev. Bill Crews Foundation brand name, working to support those in need.
