Responsibilities :

• Carry out screen, battery and other component replacements in phones, tablets, and other devices
• Be able to resolve software related problems i.e. reset and restores, installing windows and lOS
• Be able to diagnose fault on devices
• Strong customer facing experience is preferred
• Perform routine inspection, testing, of smart phones, tablets, and other devices
• General upkeep of the shop to a high standard
• Utilise designated repair tools
• Maintain accurate records of all completed work
• Minimise parts failure and financial impact through careful work
• Ensure proper stock handling
• Maintain stock integrity
• Communicate any issues or delays to Team Leaders promptly
• Uphold business and customer confidentiality
• Contribute to a safe working environment.
