About the Role
The Incident Response Capability and Compliance Lead will be an integral part of the Business Resilience team within the Corporate Services Division. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the company's business resilience frameworks and programs, including business continuity and incident response capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Resilience Manager and Business Resilience Lead to support the Board’s risk management responsibilities by implementing best practice frameworks, policies, and guides. Key responsibilities include :
- Driving business resilience through the development and continual improvement of enterprise business continuity and critical response capabilities.
- Lifting organisational capability through staff training in business continuity, critical response, and resilience practices.
- Developing and managing a critical incident simulation program to build resilience capability across the organisation.
- Ensuring compliance with funding agreement governance activities and maintaining effective insurance and governance compliance functions.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster response, and crisis management, including plan development and implementation.Proven track record in promoting compliance and business resilience across the organisation.Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to lead through uncertainty.Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to senior management and the Board.Experience conducting multidisciplinary crisis simulation workshops.Proficient in contemporary office technologies.Desirable qualifications include :
Accreditation or a qualification in risk management.Experience in insurance / compliance program management.Project management experience.Understanding of cybersecurity in a business context.Experience in health sector business resilience and technology-dependent environments.The Benefits
