Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager will play a hybrid role, combining project planning, administration, and coordination with hands-on project management. The role is focused on supporting the delivery of store construction and refurbishment projects, while also managing reporting, scheduling, and vendor documentation.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their career in project management within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, forecasts, budgets and vendor reporting
• Generate purchase orders, process invoices and ensure P2P compliance
• Draft contracts and coordinate documentation with procurement and legal
• Support fit-out and refurbishment projects from design through to delivery
• Liaise with landlords, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Monitor risks, manage variations and ensure contractor performance and compliance

About You

• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with MS Office, project tools and SAP (preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
• Able to manage documentation, reporting and cost tracking accurately
