About the Role :
The Analytics Specialist - Supply Chain & HSEQ will be responsible for transforming data captured in Supply Chain and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) systems into interactive dashboards and apps to provide actionable insights and proactive management decisions.
This role will leverage expertise in app development and data visualization to drive insights and improvements across our supply chain operations and HSEQ initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop analytical dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
Work from anywhere : This role is completely remote!
Key Accountabilities :
- Develop and implement tools and applications for reporting and analytics, aligned with business priorities.
- Analyse data from Supply Chain and HSEQ systems to identify trends and insights.
- Provide data to support Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain tools for compliance verification and monitoring.
- Standardize processes for recording and assessing audit data.
- Ensure timely delivery of tools to enhance business performance.
- Conduct training sessions and present updates to the broader business.
- Monitor and audit data quality regularly.
- Work with other teams to ensure data and system integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
