The freelance illustrator will be responsible for developing the visual identity of these characters and supporting the creation of additional visual elements for a series of animated video clips. This is an opportunity to shape the look and feel of a unique, music-driven animation series aimed at young audiences. The position is open exclusively to freelancers based in Australia, with the potential for ongoing collaboration if the initial work is successful.

Deliverables

• Create original character designs for Cosmos and Luna, ensuring they are visually appealing and suitable for children’s animation.
• Develop supporting visual assets and elements for use in animated video clips, including dream sequence backgrounds and props.
• Collaborate with the project lead to refine character concepts and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Prepare final artwork in formats suitable for animation production.
• Ensure all designs align with the project’s creative vision and are delivered within agreed timelines.
