The Macmahon WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The Macmahon office is an award-winning facility with a large, recently upgraded on-site gym, free secure undercover parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The WAC Head Office hosts Macmahon's centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.

Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced RTO Supervisor to join the Training & Development team. Based at our office near the Perth Airport, you will be leading a small team based in WA and Qld to deliver RTO services to your client Macmahon. Reporting to the Manager Training & Development, you will be responsible for leading the RTO function to support the Operational business units across Australia.- At least 3 years' experience within an RTO

  • An understanding of the structure of the VET sector at both a National and State level
  • Broad understanding of training package requirements and ASQA compliance
  • Experience in developing and validating assessment materials
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability operate multiple computer programs and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both autonomously and part of the team
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
