Support at Home , a Regal Care business , is an Associated Provider of Aged Care in the Community , delivering personalised, culturally responsive, and client‑centred support to older Australians living independently in their own homes.
The Community Aged Care Worker provides practical assistance, personal care, and social support to older people, enabling them to maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing at home. The role involves working directly with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high‑quality services aligned with individual needs and care plans.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate : A compassionate, respectful, and person‑centred approach to care Ability to work independently without direct supervision in clients’ homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, flexibility, and effective time‑management Essential / Highly desirable : Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain) Current National Police Check and relevant worker screening Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for community‑based roles) Ability to understand, comply with, and uphold the Aged Care Code of Conduct in all interactions Ability to maintain vaccination status as required by government, funding bodies, and host agencies (Regal Care respects individual choices and personal preferences regarding vaccinations; however, compliance with applicable vaccination requirements is mandatory when undertaking shifts where such requirements apply) Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
