This is a hybrid / work from home role resolving inbound customer enquiries, requiring booking amendments or emergency travel assistance mainly out of business hours.
THE ROLE
- Resolve inbound enquiries from existing corporate clients, via phone and email
- Quote and issue new airfare tickets, calculate & reissue air tickets for changes
- Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs
- 24 / 7 rotating roster; Mon - Fri & Saturday / Sunday (alternate weekends)
- Main hours of operation are 4 : 00pm - 10 : 00am
