About the Role

Youll join our inbound sales team at our freshly renovated Braeside HQ helping customers choose the right TAXIBOX solution & converting warm enquiries into bookings. This is a hands-on fast-paced role where youll build sales capability learn our tech & work closely with Ops.

Duties

Convert inbound leads & close bookings

Qualify customer needs & tailor solutions

Manage CRM updates & pipeline hygiene

Coordinate with Dispatch for smooth delivery

Hit KPIs while delivering standout service

Skills & Experience

Sales or service-to-sales experience (retail call centre & hospitality welcome)

Confident communicator who loves solving problems

Tech-comfortable (CRM experience a bonus)

Strong attention to detail & multitasking

Coachable curious & thrives in fast-paced teams
