Are you a qualified Baker who is looking to take the next step in your career?

Bakers Delight Traralgon and Lakes Entrance are currently seeking a Head Baker / Production Manager in both locations. Effectively, these roles are for people that want to step into bakery ownership / partnership so are geared with growth mindset and actions.

With 4am starts and above award remuneration on offer, this role will see you :

Undertake a key leadership position in daily operations whilst mentoring, training and developing your people.
Baking and presenting quality products to meet the ever-changing need of customers
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the bakery
Work in a positive and rewarding environment

The ideal candidate must have :

A trade certificate or diploma

Experience using a system based bakery

Ideally 5 years’ experience would be advantageous

Outstanding work ethic along with reliability, both of which are non-negotiable

Ability to train new employees, as well as developing existing employees

Basic computer knowledge including Excel

A working with Children’s Check

Current police check
