Land Transport is a leading national Road Transport company who specialists in General Freight Transport. Operating for over 40 years, we are dedicated to putting our workers first, providing a safe work environment with job security.

In this busy and diverse role, we are looking for a self-motivated, experienced and reliable Yardperson / Driver in our Dubbo Depot. You will be reporting to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the yard / Warehouse loading, unloading and securing of general freight for our local, intrastate and interstate freight and complete local deliveries when required.

This role is suited to someone who is looking for mostly weekend work with occasional days during the week when required.

To be successful in this role you will be energetic and goal oriented and possess the following skills :

• HR Licence is advantageous
• Experience with loading and unloading General Freight and Load Restraint essential
• Previous experience working with Dangerous Goods is preferred
• Team oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of efficiency
