  • About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The EA serves as a primary point of contact, liaison, and coordinator for their executive, facilitating smooth communication and workflow within the executive office and across departments.

  • Permanent part-time role, based at our new West Perth office
  • 8 or 0.6FTE considered, noting we prefer coverage across Monday to Friday
  • Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home
  • Responsibilities will include :

  • Partnering and supporting the executive with an ability to connect executive priorities to Bethanie's Mission and Strategic goals
  • Developing executive administration systems and processes to improve productivity
  • Providing backup support to other members of the executive team and their EAs as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • About you
  • You are calm and composed with exceptional organisational skills, discretion, professionalism, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive and forward-looking, anticipating the needs of your executive and ensuring seamless preparation and support is provided.

    You are a precise and efficient multi-tasker with well-developed time management skills. Previous experience supporting executive leaders is essential.

    You will also bring :

  • Ability to translate strategic thinking into tasks and actions including transforming a concept into a professionally formatted paper or presentation
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint preferred
