Quality Check Footwear

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed quality inspections on footwear samples, checking materials, construction, measurements, labeling, and performance tests like durability and fit to identify defects before production scale-up.

Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to plan assortments, monitor inventory, forecast demand, and adjust for quality issues impacting sales performance.

Analyze market trends, competitor products, and sell-through rates; prepare reports on quality metrics, inventory levels, and merchandising adjustments like reorders or markdowns.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving for defect resolution and process improvements.
