About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our data management and administrative operations in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems and ensuring data quality. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Review and verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
Perform regular data audits and ensure high standards of data hygiene.
Maintain organised records and file documents systematically.
Assist with generating reports and preparing documentation when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data issues or discrepancies.
Support general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or clerical roles.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Prior experience with data management systems is a plus but not required.
