We’re looking for an experienced educator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program, licensed for 120 children and offering before school, after school, and vacation care (averaging 90+ students for ASC).
St. Kevin’s OSHC is part of a warm and connected parish and school community of around 400 students. Our passionate team fosters genuine relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
Requirements of the Role :
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma / Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
