Mobilisation Administrator – Welshpool Head Office

As a Mobilisation Administrator at Schlam Cru, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless deployment of our skilled workforce to various client sites.

Based at our Head Office in Welshpool, you will be the key support for our field teams and coordinators, underpinning our operational excellence and commitment to putting our people first.

Your Duties

• Mobilisation Coordination : support efficient mobilisation of employees to site, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
• Administrative & Data Management : manage and input employee data into online mobilisation systems such as Pegasus, TOKN, HiBob, Enable, INX, ERMS, and Workflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communication & Support : provide timely and effective admin support to our field team and coordinators, responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
