Senior Tech Lead

We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and help craft exceptional end-to-end digital solutions for a diverse set of clients, including some of Australia’s most esteemed brands. Working across various engagements in either Brisbane or Sydney, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring CI&T provides high value technical solutions to our Australian clients. This role involves working closely with project managers and technical directors across CI&T, but more so, with our client\'s technical teams, to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Pre-Sales : Collaborate with teams to assist crafting proposal solutions, design technical proposals, and create PoCs / Demos for client engagements
• Software Solution Design : Design end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives, define architecture, and collaborate with development teams for implementation
• Client Engagement : Work directly with clients to understand needs and provide expert guidance, fostering knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams
• Documentation & Quality Assurance : Develop detailed architectural documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development
