What we're looking for
Operating machinery and equipment required for concrete work
Assisting with the preparation of sub grade, including the set-up of formwork
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry regulations
Previous experience as a Concrete Worker
Minimum 1-2 years of concrete work experience required
Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring and finishing techniques
Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery; ride on trowel machine, excavator, Somero laser screeds
Experience operating small power tools is required
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
White Card and Concrete Panel Ticket required
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Valid Australian work visa is acceptable
