Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is growing rapidly, and our digital marketing needs sharper systems, stronger attribution, and smarter optimisation. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of digital performance and build the framework that drives qualified enquiries, accurate data, and measurable ROI across our 50+ centres.

What you’ll do

• Build and enforce UTM and tracking discipline across all campaigns
• Rebuild paid, web, and CRM strategy around verified Line Leader leads
• Lead CRO initiatives to reduce bounce rates and increase “Book a Tour” conversions
• Manage paid media ROI, agency performance, and reporting cadence
• Report monthly on key outcomes — CPL, lead quality, and occupancy impact
• Lead and develop a digital team spanning paid media, content, CRM, and analytics
