Senior Workplace Relations Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced team that manages a broad range of complex matters daily.

Key Responsibilities :

Proven experience in end-to-end case management
Strong understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)
Solid knowledge of workplace relations principles and legislation
Background in government or education is highly regarded
Ability to manage high volume and varied casework in a busy environment
Working within an organisation of approx. 1,500 staff

OHS Specialist

We are looking for a Generalist OHS Business Partner to support the team during the permanent recruitment process. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive engagement with various business areas and a strong grasp of current legislation.

Key Responsibilities :

Updating OHS policies and procedures

Assisting with internal and external audits

Liaising across departments to ensure compliance and promote safety culture

Staying up to date with current OHS legislation and best practices

Holding a valid, up-to-date OHS certification (mandatory, renewed annually)
