We now have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate eLearning Developer / Multimedia Developer to join our Grid Solutions Program in Brisbane CBD office on a full-time basis for 12 months.
Reporting to the Team Lead Training, you will be designing and building interactive digital learning experiences to support the rollout of new operational software. You will work as part of a team dedicated to developing innovative, user-focused training solutions that drive transformation and support user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, animations, simulations, and multimedia content that communicates complex system functionality clearly and engagingly.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure digital learning materials are fit for purpose, audience-focused, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Support the creation of a range of training materials, including online resources, videos, graphics, and blended learning assets.
Ensure all multimedia content is accessible, visually engaging, and optimised for a seamless user experience.
Integrate feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the effectiveness and impact of digital learning solutions.
Your background
Demonstrated experience in eLearning development and multimedia design, preferably for software or technical environments.
Skilled in multimedia authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong visual design and technical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) and Workday Learning will be highly regarded.
Comfortable working on large-scale programs with diverse audiences.
Collaborative approach and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Passionate about developing high-quality online training content that drives user engagement and capability uplift.
