Full Job Description :

  • Mixing, kneading, maturing, moulding and shaping mixtures before baking
  • Finishing pastry products such as glazing, decorating and icing
  • Ensuring that products are prepared on time, up to the brand's standard
  • Inventory management
  • Ordering, receiving and checking supplies
  • Cleaning equipment
