YOUR ROLE

As one of the KEY senior lawyers reporting to 2 top-notch Partners with enviable successfulbusy practices, you will love the VARIETY+AUTONOMY+SATISFACTION advising on stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial + wills/estates matters including:

• Leases/licences;
• Sale/purchase of business/shares+ M&As;
• Business structuring/corporate governance/Corporations Act;
• Commercial contracts;
• Employment law;
• Franchising;
• Intellectual property;
• Trusts/Estate Planning/Wills/Probate.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have 4-10+ years PAE experience (up to senior associate level) in commercial law AND wills/estates law (both essential)+ preferably also in property law and/or family law;
• have outstanding communication, research, negotiation and client management skills;
• are practical, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
• are willing to participate in firm marketing/business development initiatives;
