We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support with a focus on supporting the Curtin Strategy and Marketing portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating project administrative functions, supporting meetings and committees, managing project documentation, facilitating procurement, and ensuring smooth communication and information flow.

As this is a fixed-term, 12-month contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.

  • Essential
  • Completion of degree; or completion of a diploma with considerable relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to organise time and work activities according to priorities and to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effective written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise correspondence and documentation.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team, including respecting difference, leading, supporting others, accepting direction, and working to group goals.
  • Advanced digital literacy skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks / methodologies.
