Job description
  • Objective
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Support the establishment, co-ordination and implementation of internal recruitment activities including systems, processes, and management of recruitment inbox.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director, Recruitment and the Practice Leads to provide recruitment support, and assist with meeting resource requirements for current and future engagements.
  • Assist the Executive Director with Day 1 onboarding of new Synergites.
  • Obtain and record interview outcomes.
  • Complete ad hoc administration tasks as directed.
  • Continuously improve effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Become familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Work as a team member across the wider Corporate Services area and provide support as needed.
  • Competencies
  • Demonstrated 'can do' positive attitude with an ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships.
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other corporate systems.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
