Your opportunity : Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Senior People & Culture Advisor will sit within the P&C Team and be accountable for :
- Contributing to the achievement of the CPB and Business Unit plans and strategy by working closely with the Vic&Tas project teams and delivering P&C related initiatives.
Provide expert advice on people matters
Collaborate with Talent, Work Winning, Learning & Development Teams to achieve the best outcomes for the business.

Experience in a similar generalist People & Culture Business Partner role.Experience managing complex employee relations issues providing guidance on Remuneration & Benefits initiatives and other P&C matters.Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client group through periods of organisational change.Strong relationship management and communication skills including the ability to influence key stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions.Benefits
