- About your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join the Patches team. You will provide executive level support to our CEO and COO by ensuring the planning and efficiency of operational excellence is kept to professional and high standards as set out by the Executive team.
Main responsibilities include :
- Partnering with the CEO and COO to proactively manage their diary and inbox, anticipate their needs and ensure they are adequately prepared for discussions, meetings and events
- Point of contact for CEO and COO for all staff, internal and external stakeholders
- Managing complex duties and sensitive information working with confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
- Producing reports and presentations in multiple formats including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Preparing confidential correspondence and communication
- Filing and online document management
- Preparing the monthly newsletter
- Personal Assistant duties
- Selection Criteria
- Over 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
- A passion for supporting executive performance in high performing businesses
- Tech savvy with superior computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated capacity to learn and implement new software and electronic systems
- Excellent communication skills including writing, proof-reading and editing
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all staff and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, organizing and delegation
- Ability to work proactively and flexibly
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to display discretion and confidentiality
