About the Role

As the Planning & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production and supply chain activities by coordinating purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control. This hands-on role is key to ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the daily production schedule
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
• Liaise with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and procurement
• Update ERP systems and generate inventory and planning reports
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support stocktakes
