Step into a pivotal People Advisor role with Macmahon Surface Mining Australia—an industry leader with more than 60 years of delivering world class surface mining services across major projects nationwide. In this role, you’ll provide trusted HR and ER guidance, help leaders navigate talent growth and people management needs, and contribute to meaningful retention initiatives that strengthen our workforce. You’ll bring strong ER capability, sound judgement across competing priorities, and an adaptable, good humoured approach that enhances collaboration.

About the Role

• Provide accurate, timely advice and practical support on all HR and ER queries from employees and leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure fair and reasonable People Management practices.
• Support a variety of leaders with understanding people management needs, with curiosity and fit for purpose.
• Contribute to implementing retention strategies. Foster a collaborative, partnership-driven approach across projects and organisational areas.
