What this job can offer you : This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Specialist – Contracts Management, joining our Employee Lifecycle team. You will report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager.
Qualifications :
Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies and exposure across the employee lifecycle.Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance and comprehensive HR support across various jurisdictions.Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and provide practical solutions in ambiguous environments.Excellent communication, influencing, conflict‑management, and negotiation skills; capable of leading difficult conversations and maintaining confidentiality.Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).Enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes, advocating automation, and promoting best practices.Efficiency in operations with strong emphasis on record‑keeping and data integrity.Tech‑savvy, capable of collaborating asynchronously on tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G‑suite.Self‑motivated, independent and effective in a fast‑paced, remote environment with multiple priorities.Experience working in a remote setting within a hyper‑growth start‑up culture (plus).Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions, ensuring an exceptional employment experience.Manage all modifications to employment agreements for both internal and external employees, including issuance of agreements, amendments, letters, and forms.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance during lifecycle activities.Assist in critical initiatives impacting numerous employees across multiple countries and support HR and financial audits.Develop and update global internal documentation related to Contracts Management based on legislative changes and internal team feedback.Provide guidance and manage client requests on various HR matters as a trusted consultant.Draft, tailor, and administer employee lifecycle documents with precision, maintaining privacy and confidentiality.Process lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform in collaboration with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Offboarding, Time & Attendance and other verticals.Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and overall customer and employee experience.Safely manage and maintain confidential employee data, adhering to established protocols.Practical Information :
