What you’ll be doing

The Transformation Associate plays a critical role within the Office of the CEO supporting the Chief of Staff to drive execution of PEXA’s most important strategic priorities. Working across the organization and with Senior Leaders, you help translate CEO priorities into execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of CEO‑led initiatives including special projects and enterprise transformation programs.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of Executive Governance forums (e.g. Board, ELT) to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
• Conduct research and analysis on market developments, industry trends and transformation progress to inform the CEO and Chief of Staff.
• Support the strategic direction and decision‑making of the business through the provision of commercial intelligence and insights (e.g. industry trends, competitive positioning).
• Assist in the development and delivery of company‑wide strategic KPI’s aligned to the CEO’s transformation goals.
• Utilise your previous agile project management experience to coordinate the delivery of change initiatives including timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Build strong relationships across business units and corporate functions to ensure cross‑functional collaboration is achieved enabling effective execution of enterprise‑wide priorities.
