What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
  • Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
  • Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
  • Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience

About You

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who take ownership of their performance and thrive in results-oriented environments. You will bring :

  • A sales-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help people
  • A clear, confident phone manner and persuasive communication style
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs in contact centre environment
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Resilience , energy, and self-motivation to drive your own success every day
