About the role :

Our dedicated Care Team at our Strathdon community in Forest Hill, are looking to add passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team on a fixed term 6 month basis.

We currently have the following fortnightly shift patterns available :

07 : 00am to 13 : 30pm :

07 : 00am to 15 : 00pm :

14 : 45pm to 21 : 00pm :

21 : 45pm to 07 : 15am :

At Uniting AgeWell, Personal Care Workers co-ordinate personal care for residents in accordance with care plans which meet their individual needs and preferences. Working within a multidisciplinary team, provide effective clinical and emotional support to residents, recognise changes in residents’ conditions and escalate observations and concerns.
