About the Role

As a Talent Coordinator , you’ll be a key player in our mission, supporting recruitment processes and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Whether it’s sourcing exceptional talent, managing compliance, or ensuring seamless operations, your work will create remarkable outcomes for both individuals and organisations.

What You’ll Do

• Support the recruitment lifecycle : Collaborate with Talent Specialists to source, screen, and register candidates for various roles.
• Connect people with opportunities : Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Maintain excellence : Ensure compliance by accurately capturing and managing candidate data.
• Facilitate assessments : Organise drug & alcohol tests (D&A) and pre-employment medicals.
• Deliver exceptional service : Act as a trusted contact for clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Keep things moving : Format resumes, manage ad responses, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
• Be the glue : Contribute to the branch’s success through administrative support and positive energy.
