Job Purpose
Provide general contractual support across procurement, contract administration, and other contractual matters across the project. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role focuses on maximising efficiency and effectiveness in all contractual matters, leading to the implementation of improvement programs and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Relevant degree or qualifications in business, engineering, finance, supply chain, or law. Sound experience within complex contractual environments. A solid understanding of Strategic Supply Planning, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Law, and Contract Management. Experience gained in the rail, construction, mining, defence, or any other safety-critical environment. Good communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills.
