About the role
As a member of the Customer Focus Team, you will work acrossboth our Contact Centre and Headquarters Front Counter providing a high levelof customer service to Latrobe City Councils customers.
As the first point of contact for customer calls and face toface enquiries, you will provide a level of service to the Latrobe Citycommunity that exceeds expectations. You will be a part of actively promotingCouncil services to the community, ensuring information is provided in aprompt, professional and courteous manner.
You will have the opportunity to become part of anenergetic, enthusiastic and friendly customer service team that workcollaboratively, providing support to one and other to deliver astoundingresults.
About You
We are currently seeking someone with a helpful attitude,excellent communication skills and passion for providing a positive customerservice experience to the community of Latrobe City.
