About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Australia. This is a full-time role and may be based at our head office in Ocean Shores, NSW, (we work from home on Thursdays!). You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers throughout their post-sale journey – from fulfilment and delivery through to product support and ongoing wellness engagement.

Working closely with our Global Customer Success Team and departments including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll help ensure our customers receive seamless, proactive, and empathetic support at every touchpoint.

Your Contributions

  • Coordinating delivery and installation bookings for customers
  • Providing support via email, phone, and chat to resolve queries and technical issues
  • Guiding customers on sauna set-up, usage, wellness tips, and troubleshooting
  • Managing customer cases to resolution with professionalism and care
  • Liaising with fulfilment teams, warehouses, and suppliers across multiple regions
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting system improvements
  • Proactively following up with customers to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Clearlight’s commitment to customer wellbeing
  • Upselling wellness products where appropriate

Your Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, operations, fulfilment or logistics
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organised and process-driven, confident managing multiple tasks and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and a collaborative team player
  • Tech-savvy with experience using tools such as Keap, Zendesk, CIN7, Shopify, Slack, Asana, and Google Suite
  • A genuine passion for wellness and enthusiasm for Clearlight’s purpose and products
